RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our return policy stands up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase. Should you wish to return an item for refund or exchange you should notify us within 7 days after the day on which delivery was made. Return request made outside of this 7 day period will be subject to exchange/credit only. After this 7 day period we will consider offering exchanges on products up to 14 days after purchase. We do not offer returns, exchanges or online credits after 14 days after purchase. All items must be returned in its original condition, we WILL NOT accept worn, altered or damaged items or items where the tags have been removed.

All sales items are FINAL, no return or exchange will be granted.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground (primary carrier). Where applicable, international orders are shipped via either USPS Priority or UPS World Expedited. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times:

  • Domestic: USPS/UPS Ground; 1 – 5 business days
  • International: USPS/USP Priority; 3 – 5 business days
  • International: USPS/UPS World Expedited; 3 – 5 business days

Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. Custom order may take 5-10 business days. We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.

Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship packages on the following holidays:
