Our return policy stands up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase. Should you wish to return an item for refund or exchange you should notify us within 7 days after the day on which delivery was made. Return request made outside of this 7 day period will be subject to exchange/credit only. After this 7 day period we will consider offering exchanges on products up to 14 days after purchase. We do not offer returns, exchanges or online credits after 14 days after purchase. All items must be returned in its original condition, we WILL NOT accept worn, altered or damaged items or items where the tags have been removed.
When will my order be processed and shipped?
Completed orders received Monday-Friday before 3pm are processed immediately and shipped the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the following business day.
Why is my order delayed?
Delays in order processing may occur if additional verification for credit card processing is required. Please note that Risq Takers Clothing will verify all orders in the event of the following: (1) billing and shipping address is different; (2) past history of fraud or chargeback has been assigned; (3) unable to verify billing address information (i.e. non US credit cards). If additional proof of identity is required, we will contact you based on the information provided on your order. Reasons for requesting proof of identity are subject to change at any time.
IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). Domestic shipping has an average arrival day of 3 to 5 business days. International shipping averages 7 to 21 business days.
